Delivery time may vary depending on destination, carrier delays, weather conditions, or seasonal volume.
3. Shipping Rates

Weight/size of the order
Free shipping may be offered for orders over a certain amount (if applicable).

5. Incorrect or Insufficient Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
ELVANA is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us, reshipping fees will apply.
6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier.
If your package is lost or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
