2. Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items cannot be returned:

• Customized or personalized products.

• Items that cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons and have been opened or worn (e.g., underwear, swimwear).

• Goods with obvious signs of use, damage, or contamination.

• Items that have been mixed inseparably with other materials after delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above requirements.

4. Refund Processing

• Customers are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the item to us.

• We highly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service.
  We are unable to issue a refund if returned items are lost or damaged during transit.

6. Gifts

• If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you may receive store credit after we receive the return.

• If the gift giver placed the order and shipped it to themselves, the refund will be returned to the original purchaser.
